You posted this to the K-1 forum which has to do with initial filing of I-129F.

I-134 is the form that needs IRS return data and is needed at the time of interview, not when you file the I-129F.

It helps knowing how far along in the process that you are, and what country you are dealing with.

You can always file a ZERO return to the IRS, and atach a copy of that return to the I-134, in this case it is assumed that you will be using a co sponsor.

Hello,

We are in Brazil, I am currently living here with my wife and we are just starting the k3 visa process. I'm curious to know about the IRS portion and how to get documentation that I did not have to file a federal tax return. My Father and Sister will be the joint sponsors for my wife.
