I don't think there is such a thing! Why do you think you need an attorney may I ask?

I would say you don't need a lawyer since you are in the right place..there are so many good samaritans here who are willing to help you in your immigration process. feel free to ask question and 101% sure they will give the right answer.

Jack, before hiring a lawyer, you and your fiance must start collecting evidence first. After you collect all the evidence, then decide if it is still necessary to hire one.

Does anyone know how she could get military records, school, records, her mothers BC (without the mother's help)???

1) For father's military records, visit this website: http://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-...ce-records.html

2) For mother's birth certificate, your fiancee can request on-line at www.ecensus.com.ph

3) For school records, request directly from the school where the parents attended

4) If your fiancee's birth was reported to the embassy, you may obtain a copy of the CRBA by writing to:

Vital Records Section

Passport Services

1111 19th Street, NW, Suite 510

Washington, D.C. 20522-1705

A written request must be notarized and must include a copy of valid photo identification of the requester. The written request must include:

(1) full name of child at birth (plus any adoptive names)

(2) date and place of birth

(3) names of parents

(4) serial number, if known, of the FS-240 (on those issued after November 1, 1990) if known

(5) any available passport information

(6) signature of requester and

(7) notarized affidavit for a replacement FS-240 (if applicable)

for more info on CRBA visit: travel.state.gov/law/info/overseas/overseas_703.html

Your fiancee may also request a copy of her mother's CRBA from Vital Records Section. If I were her, I would request a copy of both CRBA (your fiancee's and her mother's) at the same time.

Sorry for the multiple posting. I could not edit as quickly as I wanted.
