Change of Name Documentation Req't

I am beginning to gather together the documents for Alla's K-1 application. She has been married before and did change her surname to her husbands at the time. Since their divorce she has changed it back to her family surname.

Should we include that documentation that she has to change her surname back to her family name? I am betting her divorce documenation will list her using her husband's surname and there might be a disconnect there.

My opinion is to include it just in case. What do you folks say?
