hello guys....i will send my n400 application this week, based on a 3 yr marriage of a USC.

please review my docs and let me know if i miss something here:

1. Copy of my permanent GC (back and front)

2. check of $675

3. 2 passport pictures

4. my husband's birth certificate

5. Our marriage certificate

6. My husband's divorce decree (he was married twice, ours was his second)

7. 3 year tax returns 2006-2008, only 06 has transcript.

8. Note from our landlord with sample checks to justify that he is our real landlord, we dont have formal lease agreement.

9. Medical and Dental insurance for the last 3 years.

Will this be enough? do i need to submit my birth certificate or not? please advise. thanks

Hi:

I mailed out my husband's N-400 package on Monday. You only need to include a copy of the birth certificate for your husband (US Citizen).

We sent basically the same items as you......we also included copies of our bank accounts that we have together.

Best wishes to you!
