RFE?

My IV packet arrived to NVC 13 Th February. At 11 Feb. they had send me an RFE. The operator told me to wait on the mail. I called them, again, at 19 Th February because I had not receive any mail.

The operator told me my case are under review and they ”maybe” miss my DS 230 part II. I’m ask her, I cans send in a new copy,,, no, wait, was the answer.. Call back about 10 days. The Automate answer tell me still that they had send me a mail at 11 Th February..

How did you get your RFE?

It is most likely due to the fact that they reviewed your case before the DS-230 was scanned into their system. Call on Monday and speak to a supervisor to get information on the RFE.
