Dear All,

Could you please help us? We have some doubts in order to fullfil the G-325A:

- The File Number is the number on the back of I-94?

- This form is submitted in connection with an application for: The correct answer is Other (Adjustment of Status)? We applied for a K-1 Visa.

The file number is the A number on the back of the I-94 and on the NOA2. Refering to the Example Forms makes filling the forms out easier: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A-aos.pdf
