If on the K1 visa packet i forgot to list that my fiance worked in hong kong for about 5 months will the consulate find out that she went. Will they deny our case because they think we were trying to be dishonest. Does anyone know what i can do!!!!!!

This is NOT an issue simply provide the correct information in the DS-156 that the consulate will need filled out for the visa.

Might be OK for the USCIS stage - Embassy/Consulate may have questions. Was there a gap in timeline where these 5 months were ?

No i listed that she had no work experience because i forgot to list that she went there. Will they do background check on her passport?

They are not concerned with work experience, just with residency history in home and foreign countries.
