sry for being repetitive.

Thanks guys!!

another question.so i got the packet from the embassy with all the papers that need to be filled out.obviously everything has to be handwritten.but our lawyer is sending me all of those papers filled out FOR me so i just have to print them out.my question is-is it ok that i only sign them and the rest will be printed on computer.

i know it may be stupid.just dont wanna screw up.

Yes. They can be printed or handwritten or printed and signed. It is not important but signatures must be origianl and they forms must be legible. They say "black ink" but my wife used blue ink on hers (the little rebel!) and all was OK. :)
