Notify USCIS of Who's address change? US Citizen's or UK Citizen's?? IF UK Citizen's address, it is best to notify NVC or DOS after NOA2.

i got a letter today from the embassy with links to various forms etc.. is this packet 3 ??

also they sent the stuff to the wrong addy after we had notified the UCIS that i had moved back in OCTOBER .. #######

wow i know theres a recession but DAYMM thats a bit cheapster i did pay $400 something odd they can at least send me more paper! get my -money's worth
