I'm going to ask again..my husband havent file separately I-130 for my 6 years daughter because i just approved my I-130 he plan when were there in usa thats time he will be file..is it ok?..its not affective during our interview? we used k3 visa and our interview will be soon.

any advices its always welcome

My case is just like yours. Our lawyer told us not to file the I130 for my daughters either. Now i think it was a bad idea, because we lost the chance to follow the CR1/CR2. But it`s NOT a problem. Is your daughter`s name on your I129 petition? If so, no problem. Just follow the K3/K4 and file the I130 when you finally get to the US. That`s what we are going to do.

Problem will be your daughter can't ajust status until she has I-130 approval. Sooner you file the I-130 the better. Why wait until you get to the US? It will delay you and the child getting their GC.
