Hi everybody,

My boyfriend sent the I-129F and the cheque was cashed one week later.

I didn't receive the NOA1 (package sent 20 days ago).

Is it true that on the back of the cheque I will find the case number to check the status of our application?

Thanks!

YES IT IS ON THE BACK OF THE CHECK I LOOKED AT MINES TODAY AND GOT MY NOA1 REC.

Sorry but CSC is for California Service Center which I see is yours?

I am filling with Vermont. Do I still have to look for the EAC number?

Really sorry again but I don't have copy of this cheque but I want to be clear with my boyfriend when I will ask him!

Yes it will begin with EAC for Vermont

I have submitted quite a few checks to the USCIS and I've noticed that the Case number is not always the one that is on the hard copy of the I-797C sometimes its off by a couple of numbers

I have the same experience with mine, receipt # on the check does not match exactly the receipt # on I-797C I received today...

12/05/11.......................Filed I-751

12/06/11.......................NOA

01/03/12......................BIO

09/10/12..................... Approved

09/21/12..................... Received GC
