Hey guys. I consider myself a pretty smart woman, but this whole IMBRA bump-in-the-road (and for some it is more like that bottomless pit of a pothole Carlos and I nearly lost the entire car in on a trip through the Colombian countryside...*ouch*) has my brain doing backflips and sommersaults. So, please hang tight while I ask my questions and have a little brain dump.

Okay, I know that info is flowing in as we speak and questions are being answered but...

1) Carlos and I filed everything already with the old forms. Waiting just like all of you. Ultimately, should we wait to fill out the new forms until we get our RFE from USCIS?

2) Will we (and I mean all of us in this situation) have to resubmit all of the documents we submitted in our origial 129F? Hope to GOD(DESS) not!

3) Will we have to send another $170 check?

4) Will the non-USC have to submit anything for this or will their criminal background check still be business as usual and occur during their interview process?

Okay...thanks folks! Cheers!

Don't resubmit anything. Wait until they send you the RFE. You will not have to pay again. You will not have to resubmit documents aside from the criminal background information for the USC unless you forgot something in the original submission. This does not affect the non-USC.

Good luck!

Sweet...just like that chocolatey goodness your are named after! I was banking on holding off, too. Thanks for insight.
