i had the tickets but i had a few boarding passes. i had all kinds of pictures. i had hotel receipts and rental car receipts. i had a lot of different receipts. even gave them my receipt from the bank where the money came out of. i hope there wont be problems. i mean it is all legit. come on..

rich

hehe..I think that should be enough proof for them! Brazil isn't a high risk country so i can't see it being a big problem for you to get it.

Hugs, Liz

well liz my weekend was great. spent with my kids also. talked to my bey online and got to see her as usual via webcam. Can't wait to see her next week. We will have so much fun. i really like brazil and can't wait to go down again.

rich

I wish I was so lucky like you  ...But the fact that there are no computers in my hometown and Cubans have no access to Internet anyways..makes it so hard to maintain commmunication with my hubby....

My weekend went well..gym, studying for my finals and went to the doggy park to take my dog...Oh well of course I called my hubby like I do every sat...but only spoke for 15 minutes...calls to Cuba are $1.90/min..grrrrr

Have fun in Brazil...Iam planning on going next month but if I het the NOA2 before that date Ill change it for the interview date..I cant go twice...everything is so expensive with this process that i have seen my saving accounts go down like crazy...

Why dont u wait a little until u receive a response and then go? or perhaps have someone check ur mail on a daily basis

yes it is very expensive. i want to get this over with so i know where we stand.

i have someone check my mail already. so i will know for sure if i am there and it happens.

Well I just hope in case of an RFE, u have everything needed over there in order to send back what they requested in a timely manner...

if they ask me for anymore proof. i have been with her 9 times already. well this will be the ninth. we have everything. in fact i sent them all the receipts from 6 times being together. if they need more i can give them more.. lol.. like i said i am going next week again.

rich

LOL...we have the same...we didn't think to keep the boarding passes but Pat has all the stamps in his passport and we sent copies of that as proof. Plus pics of us together everytime he was here...lol!

I don't think either of us have anything to worry about!

Hi Liz, this is just a suggestion about your tickets. You might be able to pull your flight itineraries and related credit card receipts. I was missing one of my boarding passes for one leg of my trip, so I sent those two items in with my initial package. IMHO I would rather have extra proof and not need it then to be asked for something and not have it, just trying to cover all my bases.

Greg

Rich, enjoy your trip!

Thanks Greg! Pat does have his flight itineraries but the credit card that was used is our friend who came over to visit with him so it wouldn't be in either of our names.

Just being curious here, Maire, Rich....what do you all usually find plane tickets costing for Cuba and Brazil? Pat and I keep going back and forth about me flying over there and spending his last week there with him. Tickets to the Netherlands are pretty expensive though.

Hugs, Liz
