Hey Guys,

I am really concerned about the evidence I need to send in with my I-130. A couple can only have so much evidence soon after getting married so what is really expected when you just send in the form I-130. I know by the time we have our interview we will have lots of evidence such as joint accounts, credit cards, etc. but right now all we have are photos, phone records, gift receipts, etc. Can someone please advise me or share their experience with me.

have you added your spouse to your lease/mortgage? health and life insurance? car title? opened a bank account? you also of course have your marriage certificate; affidavits from folks who attended your wedding?

:guides: and the forms for what is considered evidence -- photos are secondary evidence I think.
