Do we have to get married 90 days from the issue of the visa or when he steps foot in the US?

Upon entry.

you have up to six months to use the visa.

one time use.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

You have a 90 day time frame once he enters the US to get married. So you can go directly from the airport to the preacher, or anytime before the 90 days is up.

We had a 1 month preparation for our wedding from my 1st day of arrival here in U.S before. :D

90 days from the time your fiance steps foot into the USA.
