Just talked with Sara in the Visa DOS whatever place, she said her systems are down, but if they logged that I was eligible for an appointment last week, then I will probably be given an appointment date in the beginning of December. She said they only give appointment dates at the beginning of every month... which sortof coincides with how we seem to see spurts of appointment dates all coming in at once. But she did say it was doubtful that I would get an appointment before Christmas..

The last two times London seemed to assign interview dates were 11/13 and 10/13.. FYI. I am waiting with you hun! I call everyday regardless.

I really don't F*&@*(&@ care for this stupid (@*(@$*. I really wanted to get the civil ceremony done and just be with him. Now it is looking like that won't be until February.

Our VisaJourney started July 2009 when I mailed the 129-F

Fiance here February 2010, married 10 days later

GC received in the mail 10-Jun-2010

Able to apply to remove conditions 12-Feb-2012

Ohh yeah, sorry! I meant for us to be together, February. He has to give notice to the landlord and work. He won't do it until the visa is in hand. :/

Yes, pdcvcm, mine took a week for them to tell me it had been received. Then a couple more days before I heard something about him being eligible for the interview. I am thinking there is a chance that our guys might be meeting up at the embassy. :D

Im just wondering if someone can tell me if what the bank has sent Patrick is ok to put with our I-134. He phoned them up and asked them to write a letter stating how long he had had his bank account, how much money was in it at that time and how much had been deposited in the last year.

They did this but have sent it in 3 statement like forms (the bank name etc is on the top of the statement). Will this be ok or do we need to call the bank and ask them to put this in letter type format? I have all the other stuff like pay checks, letter from employer, all the information needed from the IRS.

Thanks

Woo hoo!!!!! We are DONE.. man oh man!! :D.. Talked to John at 5:30 this morning CST.. and his interview took 2.5 hours (9am to11:30 am UK). He said it went smoothly, he only forgot his original Birth Certificate and Police Certificate, but other than that it went great.. he will post in a bit for the UK interview thread. They told him to get a courier to deliver the originals (he's doing that today or tomorrow), then it will just take an extra day or two for the Visa to arrive. APPROVED!!

Thanks VJ for all your support and info!! My best to all pending processes. Hugggs VJ!!!

Have you called and asked Knightbridge? Maybe even ask if they forwarded the results to the embassy and if there are any other issues you may have?

Dave had his yesterday and said that they will let him know within 2 weeks if there are any problems, otherwise the embassy will receive the results in 4 days.

Good luck!! I hope everything goes well from here on out for you!!
