Can someone PLEASE give a working PDF of the DS-3032, Choice of Agent? Every time I try to fill in my LAST NAME at the start of the form, the word keeps getting copied to the COUNTRY field down below on the same page. It's driving me nuts. Sure, it's the Country field for the "I do not appoint" blah blah blah option, but I want the form to be free from errors. What do we do about this?

Just email it and then you don't need the form. :yes:

Well, I just noticed it's expired. I got it either from VJ or the USCIS forms site. So I just wait for the email notice and fill out what they tell me to? Thanks. Going nuts.

had the same problem. i just crossed that deal out. I got the form from the NVC website, it was expired there as well

04-14-2009: medical

I had the same problem. I just filled in the others areas and hand printed the last name.

Okay, thanks. I'll wait for the DS-3032 to be generated before mailing it.

You can email it before it is generated. It is much faster that way. I emailed it when I got my case number and on the day it was generated they accepted my emailed version. That let them send out my AOS fee bill on the same day.

Oh? I thought the NVC Shortcut said don't do anything until it's generated. I also thought there were cases of people "getting ahead" of themselves and mistakinglys ending the DS-3032 too early.

I guess there is no harm in this?

I read the same thing but decided to give it a try. I intended to resend the email on the date the DS-3032 was generated just in case but listened to the automated system and found out it was accepted on the date it was generated.
