My Wife's visa got denied under section 221 (g). She needs to submit more documents to VFS in New Delhi. What happens after she gives these documents? Will VFS issue her visa directly? Does she need to have another interview? How long will this take? Please anyone with proper information reply.

As far as I can tell, once the documents are being submitted at VFS, VFS will forward it to consulate. No one really knows how long will it take, but make sure you mount them will all the bonafide relationship proof.

Can take anywhere from 2 months to 2 years, I am sorry, but thats how it is. Make sure to keep calling New Delhi consulate and also DOS to know update on your case.

Once Delhi has done all its processing and everything is clear, your wife will be asked to bring her passport to them and they will stamp her passport.

Good luck
