anyone approved without submitting Driver's license?

Hi,

Is there anyone approved without submitting your driver's license and your spouse's driver's license with common address?

I saw one post says this is a MUST but the 751 instruction didn't mention it.

Also I want to rent a P.O. box as my mailing address so it will be different than my physical address. Could there be any problem with this? The USPS postman have lost my packages and I don't trust him.

What if one person or the other does NOT drive? Having a driver's license is NOT a requirement.

Thank you. Could anyone give me any suggestion for the PO box things (possible issue: USCIS might be freaked out because my physical address and mailling address are different)

Never submitted drivers licence copies and have a po box mailing address different from home address. Only submitted stuff with both names on (a few bills, tax returns and a few statements). Approved without RFEs or interview
