Hi guys, I just want to make sure that my financial situation will be okay when my fiancee goes for the interview (in Tokyo).

First of all, I am going to be using my dad as a co-sponsor. He has made 60-70k+ in the last 3 years, and he can get a letter from his employer for the co-sponsor application. He currently has 2 dependents in my mother and younger brother.

I have only made about 5-10k doing random part time jobs since 2006. In 2006 I only worked August-December, in 2007 I worked half the year and lived in Japan the latter half, and 2008 I came home from Japan in August and worked from then until the end of the year. However, starting May 15th of this year (around the time I expect my NOA2 to come), I will have graduated college and be a salaried employee of about 35k/yr.

Should my dad's co-sponsor already guarantee that my fiancee's interview will pass? Although I haven't had a strong last 3 years, will the letter from my employer and my pay-stubs be enough because I will be making enough money from May?

Thanks.

The co-sponsor information will carry the load for approval. That said, your personal income info will play out later on, when you adjust status (AOS) fr your future wife. No need to worry about the immediate requirements, as you well exceed that.

Some countries don't allow co-sponsers. You might want to check about Japan if you haven't already.
