Contacting the embassy??

Hello everyone who reads this post, once again i would like to thank everybody whose feedback i receive, it is much appreciated

So my fiance received a letter on the 14th January from the NVC stating that they sent everyting to the Embassy in London as well as the same letter a few days ago, so we now have two letters that say exactly the same. She also somehow tracked our package and saw that it had been reveived and signed for at London at the Embassy. Considering that this was almost 2 weeks ago, i still havent received packet 3 in the post. Is this normal? I remember reading a post that you can contact the Embassy through email as the phone charges are quite extortianate, would this help them to hurry along or am i just getting a little impatient?

So if anyone could help me on this subject that would be awesome. Also the email address as to where to send the email (London Embassy) and any special instructions on how to forward an email from people who have sent an email and has had feedback.

Thankyou for your time

Hey dont worry, about half an hour after i posted my question, the postman arrived and kindly posted packet 3 through my letterbox :star:

It is dated the 23rd on the letter, so it seems to take a good few days to arrive, man i could send my fiance post to the states quicker, haha Over the moon though now that i have received it, now its time to post questions about it.

For any Britons still waiting for Packet 3, just email the Embassy. This is what I did after I ended up waiting weeks for it to arrive (I also phoned, but they weren't much help, telling me to wait a little longer).

The email address is LondonConsular@state.gov and just quote your case number in the subject heading. You'll immediately get an email back saying that it has been deleted without being read but then a few days later you'll get a reply. In my case, they asked me to confirm my address and said that they'd resend the packet upon my reply. I replied and got the packet in a few days.
