Hello everyone!

I am again around here... Well... I know it sounds a bit weird because i got married to stay and live with my wife but here is my question:

I am in the middle of the process... I should be getting my EAD soon and I guess after that I will have an interview with my wife to get the temporal green card...

The only thing We are kind of worried about if that We are both pretty young, recently graduated student... and with the bad economy situation she is thinking to past a time in France just studying french there... I don't know if it is possible for her to be there during a while... like 3 months without causing a problem in the process... she is the petitioner and I am the applicant.

thanks a loooot!!!!!!!

Note green-cards are never temprary, they are for permanent residence in the USA. You may get a "CONDITIONAL" green-card, but is is still for a Lawful-"PERMANENT"-Resident.

The conditions need to be lifted 2 years after getting the green-card, the condition is a bona fide marital relationship.

Note there is no "Petitioner" for AOS, the NON-Immigrant is applying to adjust status from NON-Immigrant to Immigrant based.

US Citizen being out of country while AOS is in process has no affect on AOS.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

As long as she returns for the interview. Is she leaving you in the US while she travels to France?
