ready to send initial submission

hello everyone,

I must say this site has been very useful in aiding my completion of all forms. I am now rerady to submit the fomrs but need opinions on what i have

1-129 form

birth certificate (front and back)

G-325a forms and one passport photo for me

G-325a forms and one passport photo for fiance

letter of intent from me and fiance (seperate letters)

6 pictures of us (two with parents)

copy of itiniery of my visit to Nigeria in jan 2009

copies of boarding pass

copy of passport showing entry/exit stamps in December 2007 and January 2009

I think i have enough to submit the ptition. what do you think?

for my fiance, i have a census record of birth. is that sufficient? i was thinking of not including it since its not a requirement

and to prevent any RFE, it's probably better to include your birth certificate...

A census record for your fiance should be fine. I didn't include any information regarding my fiance's birth and we never got any RFEs so you should be fine even if you don't send anything extra in regards to your fiance's birth records.
