Good Morning to all of you,

My Wife and Stepdaughter arrived to the US on July of 2006 with K3 and K4 visas, they have their AOS interview on Feb. 18th, my question is , do they need to see a civil sergeon for medical exams and vaccinations? eventhough they had it done in their home country?

One last question: We are planning (already bought airtickets) to travel to Colombia on March 12th , would the USCIS officer stamp their passports if I show him/her our air tickets?

Thank you.

if the foreign medical exam was more than 1 year old when you filed the I-485 the answer is YES a new exam is needed for each applicant

YMMV

Since the medical was les than a year ago, there is no need to see a civl surgeon. You should have had the vacination supplements transcribed to a I-693 and sent in with the AOS package.

You can ask the IO to stamp the passports, but it has not been the practice lately.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

I apologize but the above is not correct..... YOU NEED A NEW MEDICAL...

Visa approved 7/21/06 (which means the medical was performed before)

AOS application 5/2/08....

Kinda hard for the medical to be less than one year old when almost two years have gone by

YMMV
