can anyone tell me the correct procedure to keep my fiancee in the usa, she is here studying on a year visa, I will be a citizen in less than one month from today and want to know which forms to obtain and how to prevent her from having to return to her country, any help would be greatly appreciated, I understand the fiancee visa and the spousal visa application process but there is no mention of how to keep her here without returning to her home country, is there a form or document i can obtain to file the application and still keep her in this country?

Perhaps you can start by reading the Guides hereon VJ. They are very helpful and will explain the forms and documents you will need based upon your situation. Once you've read the guides, if you have specific questions, please ask away.

Good luck,

If she didn't come to the US intending to marry you and stay I think you guys can marry and she can file to adjust status to a CR.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
