If that's true - this would be yet another mentally ill person who should have been on medication and/or in some sort of psychiatric hospital.

Its also no coincidence to me that many of the homeless people I see on streets of NYC are obviously not firing on all cylinders.

People should be angry at the State for closing the asylums. "Care in the community" was a rubbish idea in Britain, and it stinks here too.
