there is one here on vj that has the same prob with you...she got blue slip, i think they are asking more evidence on your birth so be prepared....the CO ask her for her school records since she started school...hospital records...showing your name on that particular paper...not all the same situations but atleast you must be aware of it...

I was late registered too. But I brought my baptismal certificate with me. The pre-screener actually filled up a blue slip form when she saw my BC was late registered. Upon interview with the CO, she let me explained why I was late registered and when did I started schooling. I even showed my original baptismal certificate to her. She took it and said that "I see that you were baptized and your birth certificate was just late registered."

You'll be fine. Better bring your school records, baptismal certicate and Local Civil Registry Record.

Hope I had helped... :)

SOME people get away with being late registered with no problems. However LOTS of people have been put on AR and been delayed because of being late BC registered.

Best to bring all the evidence you can get proving you are who your BC says you are to the interview.

Baptismal cert, copy of the page in baptismal book with her name on it, school and work records, SSS ID, Postal ID, If you can get a affidavit from people who attended your birth. One from the hilot naman if you had such.

I had a friend that was on AR for 4 months because of late BC. She had to get all the above info AFTER her interview.

My wife was also late registered and thanks to our friend she took all the above evidence to her interview and was approved.

Hi, there! My interview would be on Friday! my parents took 3 months and 28 days I guess before I was registered in the local civil registry. I was born January and they registed me May , in the year I was born. Would I be consider as late registered ? I hope there won`t be problem with my BC . Thanks!

The original poster was registered this year, That has to be a major major red flag. Like they are trying to create a new person and idenity for immigration purpose.

Better be armed of some documents that could prove your birthday, sis. You would know that you are late registered if your BC is 2 pages. The other page is filled out by any parent of you affirming the late registry. I was registered at 1993 but was born at 1986.
