Packet 3 instruction Help!

Hi guys!

Please help me out with the Packet 3 instruction that u.s embassy had send to me. In the past I knew that I-134 usually bring on the day of the interview. But now it seem something has change. I wasn't sure if the instruction really mean to sent I-134 on along with DS-230 Part 1.

Here what is states:

First:

Beneficiary: Complete and sign Form DS-230 Part I (Biographic Data), and this check-list. Petitioner must complete the Form I-134 (Affidavit of support) and provide its supplemental documents: W-2 and 1040 tax forms (for the last taxable year), bank and other financial statements and forward it to you. If the petitioner not qualified to sponsor you, petitioner must find a co-sponsor who can present a signed Form I-134 and supplemental documents in addition to your Affidavit of Support.

Second:

Please mail the above documents with a copy of beneficiary’s passport photo page as soon as possible to: U.S Embassy.

it is so different from yous. mine, apparently, I am supposed to send in the DS-230 only first. then only the checklist later. i'm really confused too. i hope someone could help you out.
