Hello,

I would just like to ask what do we exactly need to submit for the AOS application. I have gone through the list over the net but would like to check to ensure that we don't miss anything.

REQUIREMENTS------------------------------------------------------------------------

** SPONSOR ----------------

- Payment

- Cover Letter

- I-864 - Sponsor

- I-864A - CoSponsor

** BENEFICIARY ------------

- G-325A

- I-485

- I-693

- passport photos (2pcs)

- I-765

- I-131 (optional)

- marriage certificate

- birth certificate

- copy of K1 Notice of Approval (NOA2)

- copy ofK1 Visa

- Passport and I-94

QUESTIONS------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. do we still need to submit a G-325A from the sponsor? or just the beneficiary?

2. aside from the marriage certificate, do we also need so submit other evidences like pictures/cards/etc?

3. do we still need to submit any personal document from the sponsor? like passport, certificate of naturalization, etc.?

4. for the affidavit of support, do we still need to submit any documents like the income tax and bank statements?

5. do we still need so submit letter of intent? if yes, can we just write one letter from both of us? or should we create separate letters?

And for the AOS interview, does the sponsor (husband/wife) need to be there as well? Or just the beneficiary?

Thank you so much and I really appreciate your help.
