Hello to everyone,

The uscis got my cancellation letter for my K1 application, dated december 22, 2008. (based on the courrier). Are they going to send me mail that they received my cancellation letter? I keep on looking the status of my case online and still said that the CASE RECEIVED AND PENDING. I am the beneficiary. Any info will be appreciated. Thank you.

I am not sure, but I would expect some sort of NOA. I wonder if they send that to the petitioner only, or if they will reply to you.

Don't worry about the website. They update infrequently, but at least once a month.
