What ... you didn't know he was in the military before you married?

This happens in military life and corporate America ... suggestion ... it happens get used to it.

Thanks for explaining about life in the military and corporate America.

But people still have feelings and will miss their loved ones if they go away. If you don't, then good for you. This thread is probably not for you.

And FYI, I was not asking for a suggestion. So you can keep yours to yourself. I was merely stating that I missed my husband and I understand what many many filers here might be going through.

To the OP...I'm sure you've heard the words "hang in there".

Best thing to do is find some things that occupy your time, so you're not thinking about your spouse all the time. Maybe a new hobby or a project around the house.

The worst thing to do is think about how much you miss your spouse. If you're having trouble sleeping, maybe some warm milk, or even some popcorn before bed could help.

Natty, I hope you're having a great day. (F)

Aw! How sweet of you to offer advice on what would make me sleep better. Thanks a lot. Very kind of you. God Bless you.

I'll be good. This generally happens to me for a day or two after he leaves for somewhere. Just my heart and mind reacting to the suddenly changed situation.

I'm sure once I get to work tomorrow all will be good. :)
