Hello guys! First I wanna wish Good luck to everybody and I hope all of you have a wonderful New Year! I have a question regarding the Biometrics. I received at least 3 letters with 3 different days for the biometrics for both the I 458 and I 765. I do not know why.The first date was on Dec. 26th, Second date was on Jan 7th and the 3rd for Jan 13. I did a walk in on the 24th of December and everything was fine. What is bothering me is that I cannot see my biometrics taken on the 24th when i check my case on line , although they touched my case on the 25th of December. Is this normal? Im sorry if i sound complicated.Thank you!

Having your biometrics taken doesn't trigger an update to your case status. At least they didn't with mine...

Edit to add a little more.

Provided your biometrics I797 appointment letter was stamped and signed when you were there, you've got all the proof you need that it's been done, should you need it.

HEY,

I'm kind of in the same boat. I received 3 biometrics appointments as well. One was on Dec. 26th (all USCIS offices were closed on that day), got another letter on Jan. 5th (which is today), and my last letter is on Jan. 12. Got worried a little ,because when i did my biometrics appointment today the lady was surprised why i had so many letters. So she stamped the one that was sheduled on the 12th (but today is the 5th) . When she was taking my fingerprints, she said that she threw away the two letter she did not use(thank god i made copies). When i called the 1-800.. number, the guy told me to go to all the appointments, but when i said that she had told me not to come to the appointment that was sheduled on the 12th. And of course then he says, if she canceled it, then it is OK not to come. It's really annoying that they can not get their act together!!!
