Howdy all,

I have a question regarding Part 8. G. How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)? Should I include our marriage in the count?

Question 2. Prior Spouse's Immigration Status. My wife was married before, and her ex is a US citizen now. should I pick this option or Lawful Permanent Resident option since that was his status before?

Thanks a lot for your help

Happy holidays

To your first question .... Yes you should include your marriage to your wife.

I would put USC, since they are asking for his current status. Correct me if I'm wrong... anybody

Ah I see. I thought they were asking the status of the ex husband before the marriage.

Thanks for the clarification

have a question here,

Will it matter if answer the question wrong?

Since it's an ex, not everyone will keep in track about what happened to the ex.

At least you should answer whatever you know at the moment.

It may be different from reality, but you should do your due dilligence to record most accurate information.
