I am currently US Green Card Holder Petitioner. I have file the I-130 for my son in 2004. Now his immigrant visa number is available. My son is currently in the US under B2 visa but is already expired for one year and he is 19 years old. Can I start file the I-485 for him or my son have to go back to his home country and start the consular process. Thank you so much

Consult an immigration attorney before doing anything. Your son has overstayed and could be subject to a bar if he leaves the USA. Is the son unmarried? How soon before you could naturalise?

It's critical you follow this advice. A wrong move at this point could have a very bad result.
