Don't put your daughters name in Part 5 if she is a US citizen.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Part 5 says to list ALL children. However they "mean" to list all children you want to remove conditions. NOT if the children are US citizens.

There is no place that fits for US citizens. If you do so they may send a RFE asking for the $80 biometric fee for the kid. It's happened and screwed up the process for awhile. VERY difficult to correct and get the process moving again. Been there and done that!

From the instructions for I-751.

Conditional Resident Children

In Part 5 of the form, please make sure to include any conditional resident children applying with you in order to have their conditional basis removed, or they may file separately. Please remember to provide their A-number.

but then the part on Section 5 doesn't make much sense... "A # (If any)" wouldn't all permanent resident children have an A#?

or the other question "If in U.S give address/immigration status"

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751.pdf

I think you just got an adjudicator who didn't know what he was doing..

lots of people include all their children and yours is the first I have heard of someone getting in "trouble" for doing it...

and it says, please make sure to include.. it doesn't say please list all or only the conditional resident children....

hmm. Haole is right, include any conditional children applying with you. I wonder if people who sent the form got an RFE for writing down the kids on the form?
