hi - does anyone know if they issue a 90 day temporary work stamp at the Vancouver airport? i heard they issue this stamp at JFK airport...

JFK is the only POE left in the USA issuing the temporary 90-day EAD upon arrival of K-1 visa holders. And sometimes you have to ask them for it because they don't stamp every single person automatically. But as far as giving temp EAD stamps immediately upon entry, JFK is the only POE left that does this.

Vancouver, I'm sure all the Canadians will hurry to tell you, is in Canada and therefore isn't a US POE. Unless it's like Dublin and they have a US immigration office....

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

AOS mailed - Interview : 22 November 2010 - 10 March 2011

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017

Yes Vancouver has a US POE but I have not see any reports of people getting the EAD stamp.

Most Canadian airports have US pre-clearance facilities....
