Moved from NY to CA, I 751 still pending?

We filed I751 in Jan 08 to VSC. Then moved to LA in March 08. Just checked case status online, VSC is still processing Dec 07 applications.

We called a few times and they told us nothing is going to happen until one year after we filed I751. My question is which center is going to process our application? VSC or CSC? A case like this, is it going to get big delay 'cause we moved during the process?

Thanks.

I would suspect VSC will continue on the application.

Did you file an AR-11 and I-865 to inform USCIS of moving? AR-11 is required within 10 days, and I-865 is required within 30 days.

The AR-11 should update the I-751 and should get any interview scheduled for field office in CA.

We did file AR-11 and I 865 already. Thanks.

So I'm guessing what's going to happen is we will receive a letter from VSC saying our case is transferred to CSC when VSC starts processing our application. Then we will have to wait CSC to process I 751.

It's just taking too long...

You can always file an N-400 this January (Within 90 days before 3 years residency) this tends to jump start the I-751, N-400 process cannot begin until I-751 is approved.
