You should have posted about this BEFORE sending off the package.

The best way to deal with red-flags, is to "front load" the petition, detail exactly how you met your fiancee in your Fiancee letter of intent.

The reasoning behind front loading is if USCIS sees the red-flag and approves the petition anyway, the consulate cannot use it to deny.

Yes, and since you failed to address this up front, I would write a new letter of intent about a month before the interview. In it, include the early evolution of relationship and continue the story to include further evolution from filing to interview. Additional visits would be a good idea too.

hi thanks to all your answers..

actually on the question # 18 of my 129-f application, i attached a detailed explanation how we met,i stated there that i met my fiance through my employer who happens to be her uncle,,is that consider "frontloading"???

in my letter of intent i just copy the example form(on this site) i helped my fiance have it notarized in her country and then as soon as i came back i had mine notarized too..

i am planning to give her an updated letter of intent prior to her interview,,if i state there how we met would that do???

thanks to you all

We're not getting through to you. Telling them you met your fiancee through your employer who is her uncle IS the red flag. Of that's all you told them, you just WAVED the red flag under their nose. You didn't need to notarize either letter of intent. That was a waste. Frontloading would be an explanation of your relationship and how it progressed, not simply raising the red flag for them to take shots at. Your first post explained things pretty well. That and further evolution of relationship information is what would go in the updated letter I suggested.

in my queston # 18 i explained to them how we met, i can always send her an updated letter of intent before her interview..

i just told them the truth.that's what i learned from this site.

this is what i attched on my 129-f application question # 18

i met my fiance through my employer who happens to be her uncle.they have been talking online and saw her at webcamera last march, and i askes my employer/friend to introduced me to her, we were introduced online but we started talking regularly few months later From then on we started communicating with each other via Phone calls, voice chatting with web camera, Instant Messaging and exchange of Emails. We communicated almost everyday, Communication is so easy. I just love talking to her. Just a thought of her makes me smile.

After few months, We just realized that we are fast becoming more than friends, we admitted that we have fallen for each other. I’m so happy. Immediately I’ve made plans to visit her to her country, I’ve made a booking roundtrip to Philippines to meet her and spend some time with her.

it was a long flight but its worth it because I will finally meet the love of my life. I am excited, a little bit nervous. I was greeted by her big smile, I was so happy and it’s a great feeling. There I realized that what I felt online and over the phone was for real. I met her family and relatives. I enjoyed every minute of my stay, nice family , very hospitable and great food. My fiance is a very good cook. We’ve enjoyed every minute that we were together. Now I can say that the search is over, I finally found my mate.

this is what i attache on my question # 18

---i am doing also what you suggested with the letter of intent..

thanks

Yes, I'd call that a well addressed red flag. Your ealier explanation sounded more like waving the red flag. If you want a reliable opinion, provide enough information first.

Main thing now is for both of you to work on establishing a bona fide relationship.

Daily phone communication records. Get yourself a international long distance carrier like AT+T. Make short daily calls "for the record". Use phone cards for long calls. Keep emails and chat records also. Do screen prints also.

Multiple trips are a BIG plus. Take LOTS of photos with fiancee/you/and you and his family.

Make it your job for the next few months. Think what you'd look for if you were a embassy CO.

Main thing is to show how much you love each other.

You guys jobs are to do one better than the scammers.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

I/we were denied the first K1. Explanation was for lack of a bona fide relationship and mainly do to lack of pictures with family. Next time I made it my job to be like a movie director and set up every shot.

I learned from others mistakes as well as mine. Take digital pics and a throwaway camera pics at the same time.

Upload to your PC every night. Be careful on who you have shoot pics in the Philippines. Some may run with your camera.
