I got my K1 visa approved and I am here in the USA. I need some help in filing my adjustment of status. I am filing I485 , I131 nd I765. Do I need to file G325A and I864? My fiance filed the G325 dring the petition for K1 visa. Any help appreciated.

Can you please tell me in detail all the forms I need to file?

Thank you

Firstly did you start by looking at the guides?

:guides:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=guides

To adjust status, K-1 holder first marries.

Then the K-1 holder fills out, I-485, G-325A, I-765 for EAD, I-131 for AO. US Citizen Sposue fills out I-864 and provides financial data.

Note this is not a K-1 procedure, it is Adjustment of status.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. I was not clear. I got my K1 and I am in the USA. I came to the USA on 11/23. I got married last week. We are trying to get my adjustment of Status. I was getting my paper work together.

That was the reason I asked. Correct me if I am wrong. All we need to fill in is I485 for adjustment of status, I131 for trvel and I765 for EAD. Do we need I 864 and G325 also filed?

Thank you

An immigrant needs a sponsor (Your US Citizen Spouse) they do an I-864.

And Yes the intending immigrant must fill out another G-325A
