Hola a todos!!!!

tengo una pregunta muy importaaaaaaaaaaaaaaante.

Ya nos llego la cita para el 14 de enero aplicando para visa CR1/IR1, haciendo unas cuantas investigaciones dicen que NO debemos prensentar ningun documento a la embajada el dia de la entrevista ya que ellos tienen todos los documentos originales es decir (pasado judicial, Registrio civil de matrimonio, registro civil de naciemineto Etc).

y que solo debo presentar es el passport, las fotos y ya!!!!

Eso es Verdad ?????

Necesito saber !!!!!

PD: La NVC manda todo el paquete con mis docuemntos archivos a Bogota. por eso dicen que no debo presentar esos documentos. :blush:

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

No, no es verdad. Como le dije en el mensaje privado, el CNV le va a enviar el paquete que contiene la carta de la cita y cualquier otro documento necesario como la partida de bautismo, carta migratoria, etc. El resto lo recibe la embajada directamente del CNV.

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
