Hi!

I have some pb filling out the forms for AOS.

G-325 A?Is it necessary to fill out G-325 B?Just me or my husband too?(I came with k1 visa)...and from where do I know my alien number?Do I have one?

And then,,,,I have to write down all my empoyment starting with the present one...I am not employed now,so I wrote down..Unemployed(and I left blank the dates spaces) on the first line

and on the second line I wrote my ex-job that I had before I got in the States.Do you think is it oke like that?i don't have enough space to write down the months in letters so wrote the numbers..Shoud that be a problem...Sorry for asking such questions, but I'm so confused and we don't have a lawyer..and that makes me more worried.

thank you guys!

Hi!

I have some pb filling out the forms for AOS.

G-325 A?Is it necessary to fill out G-325 B?Just G-325AJust me or my husband too?Just the foreign Spouse(I came with k1 visa)...and from where do I know my alien number?Do I have one?If you didn't have one before, you have one now - check your NOA2/Approval Notice above your name - also on your K1 Visa

And then,,,,I have to write down all my empoyment starting with the present one...I am not employed now,so I wrote down..Unemployed(and I left blank the dates spaces)For dates - you should write the date you became unemployed. Unemployed from [Date] to Present. on the first line

and on the second line I wrote my ex-job that I had before I got in the States.Do you think is it oke like that?i don't have enough space to write down the months in letters so wrote the numbers..Shoud that be a problem...It is not a problem - date format preferred in US is MM/DD/YYYYSorry for asking such questions, but I'm so confused and we don't have a lawyer..and that makes me more worried.

thank you guys!

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: China
Timeline

This is an Adjustment of status question NOT a K-1 VISA question.

Foreign citizen fills out another G-325A because it is the foreign citiizen that is adjusting status, all the US citizen provides is an I-864 to provide support.
