I am getting ready to apply for a K1 Fiancee Visa but I am unsure about Part C question 2 of the I-129F. I read the instructions but still don't know what box to check. 3 years ago i got into a dispute and was convicted of criminal trespassing and criminal damage. The dispute involved a my ex-wife and a friend. Do these convictions count as domestic violence? And if so does that automatically disqualify me for a fiancee visa? Thanks in advance for your help

No. Domestic violence conviction would involve "assault" and or "battery" or charges that state violence against a family member. Criminal damage and tresspassing are in effect, crimes against property, not people. It's cool, no worries.
