Question for those who got approved during their AOS interview

After our AOS was approved, the good officer took my EAD card, stamped my passport ang gave us a white paper where we both signed. Thats it.

When I received my green card, my surname was written twice on the card so we had to file I-90 to change it. It took about a month after I finally received my green card with my correct name on it.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WHO GOT APPROVED. We also got approved, but didn't get any stamp or welcome letter. The guy said that everything looked good and he will approve it today (yesterday), he said welcome to the US, and we will get the greencard in the mail in two weeks time. Richo, I pray you will not lose the GC and everything will turn out fine.

BTW, for those who already got their SSN, the officer advised me to go to the SSN office when I get my GC and ask them for a new card without the "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION" condition.

My online status for I-485 has not yet changed, to this day it still says received and pending. But the weird this is my two EAD's were BOTH TOUCHED TODAY. Hmmm, its kinda like teasing me because imwaiting for the I-485 to be updated now they touched the other two which was approved already. Any experience like this with everyone who got approved by interview already? thanks
