timeline for AOS submission

My wife entered the U.S. on 2Oct.2008 and we were married on 15Nov.2008. We are busy doing the AOS paperwork.

My question is, does the USCIS have a specific timeline for submitting the AOS? We know we only had 90 days to get married but what about the AOS, does the submission of the AOS also fall in w/ in this 90 day window?

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
