Need help..

My fiance had been doing so well on his job (the job that he got when me and him are starting our relationship). Now, he got a very good offer for a job from a friend of his sister. So, he decided to resign on that job that he had for a year and 3 mos. He is starting off with the job he just got for a month after resigning from his old job.

Now, the forms that we already filled out had the name of his previous employer. But unfortunately, he is not with them anymore. So, upon the interview at the embassy, what would I exactly say? Stick with those informations written on the forms? or do I have to tell them that my fiance got a new job? Another problem is that the tax returns and pay stubs that I am showing as evidence has the name of the previous employer he had. He didn't sent me out a new and current paystub with his new job because he said that it might raise some questions on him changing jobs.

Last one, do I need to have my fiance's certificate of employment from the recent job that he resigned from?

Hope you could help me out with this.

I really feel bad of hiring a lawyer cause he can't even help us out with these.

It's not a big deal, people change jobs all the time. Just bring with you the tax returns since they have already been filed and the new info from his new employer.
