I received my I 797C's in the mail.....which i think is NOA1, Right?

I 797C ........ I131

I 797C ........ I130

I 797C ........ I765

I 797C .........I485

My question is i did not use a lawyer i wanted to know that being that i received these papers i am to assume that everything was ok ??? That i filled the papers out correctly ???

And with the I131, I thought that i had to wait until i got an interview to travel but reading this to my understanding it is saying that if i receive this between 30-90 days i can travel ????? My husband has never met my parents , If i receive an approved I131 i can visit my parents for a week?? They Live in Jamaica.....Thank u in advance for ur answers

I forgot to tell u guys i took the I 797C's along with my passport and my ss card(I came here on a H2b Visa) to the DMV- i live in florida- and i got a state id :thumbs:

The lady told me i can also apply for my license so i plan on doing that next week ............ OK OK am gonna stop rambling ..............

05.21.09 --------- Card Production Ordered

05.26.09 --------- Welcome Letter Received

Timeline

All this means is that USCIS has received the applications and placed them into the system where they will sit until an adjudicator starts working on them, at that time if the adjudicator finds something missing or wrong, they will send out an RFE.

I-131, and I-765 are processed separately, no interview for them only a biometrics appointment for photo, and fingerprints.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
