Hello, I have a few questions on AOS. I have looked at some of the time lines here and it seems to take about 5 months for AOS to occur, but when I check USCIS I can not find AOS time frame based on marriage. I am not sure if its because AOS is more dependent on your local office or I just can not find it, any help on this would be good, is there a processing time frame at USCIS for AOS? I am just looking for a good time frame for my husband to file so when he is approved he would be granted a unconditional GC since our 2nd anniversary is in July. Based on what I read about removal of conditions he would not have to do this (correct me if I am wrong) and it would prevent getting a conditional card, then having to pay USCIS again within six months. Another question I have is what if my husband was never given a medical supplement form from his embassy. He has records of his vaccination, but he has nothing about the medical? Is he required to do another one or is this form already in the brown envelope taken at his port of entry? My last question is the evidence sent with your AOS package is not evidence that indicates a bonafide marriage, such as bills in the same name, loan contracts, birth certificate, etc...?

Thanks for all your help!
