Should I do an infopass? or wait 180 days

I was interview on 9/11/08 it was very brief maybe ten minutes if that, DAO(district adjudicator officer) stated that she was not going to make a decision

and that I will get a letter in the mail within 180 days with the decision, have not heard anything, now, I already made an infopass for 12/11 should I cancel that and wait it out? or what?? I appreciate any info thanks

Why not go, its already scheduled. Does the online status say Dec. 14 2007? Just curious. Anyway, you may not get any new info, but it wouldn't hurt to go.

This is the exact wording:

On December 14, 2007, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. hmmmm, OK, I would go the INFOPass, but be prepared for them to say, "It hasn't been 180 days." If you don't get anything concrete, then contact your state's senator and your local House of Rep Member. They will make an inquiry for you to get things moving. this is NOT to say that members of Congress will get you approved. Rather, it will get the ball moving and imminent forthcoming answers.
