Most likely but tt depends on how many people you are/will be responsible for (including your fiance).

See 2008 poverty guidelines here Keep in mind, these figures will most likely increase a bit in the coming months.

If you do need a co-sponsor then that person will need to supply all of the same documents that you will. A notorized I-134, employer letter, pay stubs, tax trancrips.... it's all in the GUIDES.

good luck

I AM CLAIMING TOTAL ALLOWANCE 3, BUT JUST 1 AS DEPENDENT

Not really sure what that means.

2000 x 12 = 24,000 (gross)

The 125% for 3 people is currently 22,000

MY EMPLOYER GIVES ME $400 FOR INSURANCE WHICH IS INCLUDED IN$2000.00.

BUT I DONT HAVE ANY INSURANCE.

SO ???
