Hi everyone,

I just returned from the uk after being with Keith for almost 6 months. while there we was approved, sent to nvc and sent to the embassy in london on the 25th of November. In my email yesterday was a letter from chris it says that the letter they sent me was returned undeliverable. Now I need to call them today and give them the correct address of mine. My question is will this mess up everything and will they send it all back to uscis ? I hope not :(

thankyou for any replies

It very likely means your approval notice (I-797/NOA) wasn't delivered. Is it safe to assume you've moved?

At any rate - if the petition is in the Embassies hands - you're OK for now. You will need the NOA2/Approval Notice when adjusting status in the US though so you're best to call them (they may resend it).

Ohh thankyou I feel alot better now ... pheww I was so worried. Yes I am going to call them today and give them my daughters address where I am staying for a few weeks while finding a new place and yes that is what was delivered. I didnt think it would be a problem as we have a lawyer so I thought they would send that letter to him like they did when we got the noa1 . anyways ty I can now calm down and just take care of it
